A 30 year resident of Greenwich Village, Vinnie thoroughly enjoys the new challenges, great properties and wonderful people he encounters everyday in his real estate work. Licensed since 1996, he has a genuine enthusiasm not only for the city he “sells,” but for fulfilling the unique needs of the clients he serves within it.

Originally from Providence, RI, Vinnie earned his BA degree from Emerson College in Boston. Highly attuned to customer service and contract negotiation, his exceptional knowledge of Manhattan, particularly of the Chelsea and Village neighborhoods where he has owned several properties is both refreshing and rewarding for buyers, sellers and renters who rely on his expertise.

What also sets Vinnie apart is the honest, upfront manner in which he conducts business. “I’m very clear about the process from the very start,” he says, “so clients know exactly what they’re in for, and there are no unpleasant surprises. Education is key to helping guide people to the right home and neighborhood, and to bringing about informed, confident decisions.”

Outside of work, Vinnie has served on the board of Landmark West, an advocacy group dedicated to maintaining the character and integrity of the Upper West Side and the Jackson Square Alliance which advocates for the rehabilitation and maintenance of Jackson Square Park in the West Village. Vinnie is also well traveled, though loves spending time around town either at the theater or a good restaurant. Or you can find him strolling the city streets with his bulldog by his side.
